We bought a new home here 3 yrs ago and required a home inspection much to the builders great disgust! This is not a Legacy home but another builder. I don't regret paying that money because my inspector found a MAJOR flaw in the support for the house! What I couldn't understand was why it wasn't caught by the building inspector in the first place. The builder did fix it and a few other problems we found and gave us a 1yr home warranty. 4 months later he was out of business and we didn't have a home warranty anymore so I thank God every day for my inspector!

Hubby has got the same bad German temper as you do and the same blood pressure problems as well. Most of the time he walks away and lets me deal with it because he knows blowing a gasket is not going to help. Best thing I can tell you is step back take a breath count to ten and think about how you can deal with the situation without getting mad because it don't help. My son doesn't have ODD so I don't know what all goes along with that but when he hears me counting to 10 he knows he did something wrong. Good Luck!

I would say Italy. Loved being there and you got the Coliseum in Rome, the Vatican, Pompeii. Italy is also broken up into regions and the food and people are different in each region.
