  1. well, thing is...I'd need somebody to describe him to me so I will know he belongs to them...but I will pm you because I know you wouldn't trick me like that. You're too nice. Oh and this little baby would TOTALLY slay you. He is killin me!

  3. Poor crazy strung-out chick. She had a warrant or two for her arrest. They found her somewhere on Pine Shadows in the middle of the road and took her to jail. I just wonder who's puppy she took. Stoopid people.
  4. It is the craziest story but the meat of it is some chick was walking around to all of the houses on Bob Hunton close to Nebo Rd. When she started stopping at houses, some people noted that she did not have this puppy with her but she wanted to come in and make phone calls for someone to come and get her. Well, by the time she got to my house she had a puppy. She said it was following her around and she just didn't know what to do with it so she picked it up and took it. She used my phone too. Well, she went on down the road and sat on the bridge where a cop just happened to go by and tho
  5. The PC 4H Horse and Pony Club will be there giving pony and horse rides! Bring the kids and the grandkids by for a ride! Don't forget your camera!!
  6. Both Chicks loved Paulding Gymnastics. We just got too busy doing other stuff and had to quit.
  7. I am proof positive that the reporting is not done and no one cares to follow up. I was bitten October 8 2011 while mowing in my back pasture off of Nebo Road. I saw what I thought was an ant bite that afternoon while taking a shower and shaving my legs. It was swelled up just like an ant bite would be and even had a white pussy center like an ant bite. Within 3 weeks, this "ant bite" turned into a bullseye "rash", which isn't something I would have ever called a "rash" because rashes look like bumps or hives to me. I grew up in Cobb county and moved to Paulding 22 years ago. I had NEVER
  8. If you had the conversation with ups that they had misdelivered it, they would have gone and picked it up and redelivered it to you. I know this because of the job that I had for 10 years. I kinda know how the system works. I worked for the third largest UPS shipper in the US. I tracked hundreds of packages a day for customers and I had approximately 350 claims a month. We shipped 100,000 packages per week.
  9. You can call 1-800-Pick-Ups and repeatedly say "representative" when it asks you for prompts. Eventually you will get a real person. You can give them the tracking number and they can give you the address where the package was delivered. Of course, if you have already initiated a "denial of signature" claim on the ups website, the delivery driver is alerted and they will try to retrieve the package from where they delivered it and redeliver to the correct address. Most times, this can happen within 3-5 days. If the driver is unable to retrieve, they will give you a claim number which is p

    plane

yes but this plane did not come from there. You're thinking of Stockmar Airport.

it was low, slow and loud, headed towards Marietta. It did not appear in trouble but I don't believe I've ever seen one that low this far away from Dobbins. Maybe it had something to do with the nasty thunderstorm around the Rockmart area at the time of the sighting. I had just loaded the radar onto my computer screen and ran outside to see what the noise was. I'm near Nebo Elementary. It was coming from the west headed towards Marietta.
  12. I was about to go weed my garden so I can find my onions....not now.
  13. you presented the problem. What have you DONE to provide a solution? Did I read about your generosity in a news article yet? Did I read how you have donated your time to help provide a solution? Did you meet with a state representative regarding this situation? Did you meet with a lawyer on behalf of those affected about the goings on there? What exactly have you actually pysically DONE to help resolve this situation aside from yapping and yapping and yapping and yapping about it on Pcom?
  14. yeah, read the whole thing. I was nearly on panic mode. Thanks for the Saturday morning heart attack.
  15. It would not surprise me if it was the mgmt at DCAS. A few months back when they changed management, there was somewhat of an outcry against the new guy coming in. I don't have a dog in that fight so to speak, I won't say any more about it but there were many people upset about his previous management style.
  16. The owner admitted that the dogs (who had never been to jail before) had just gotten out of the fence and was in the process of looking for them but they had been picked up so quickly by animal control. I imagine that happened because the pictures of the dogs on TV, at least one was a Rottie. Nobody wants a Rottie wandering around.
  17. Dr Lugar is a really good person. She is also the one that does the "Rabies Day" along with the county shelter where you can get a rabies shot for (I think) 6$. They are usually at Fire Station #1 and once or twice were at White Oak park. Dr. Lugar has cried with me as I have laid down several of my babies with her in the last 21 years that I have used her as a vet. She's called me, she's sent me cards. She is very compassionate and caring. I do not know what happened to cause this mix up but the news story said that she is devastated. I would tend to believe that is true based on my
