Thank you. Going back, especially doing the degree completely on line, with kids the ages mine are, and under the circumstances at times was very trying and challenging at times but very well worth it. I can not tell you how many times my husband talked me into staying in school this time. I highly encourage you to go back. It is well worth it. Best of luck.

I am thankful that I finished a degree that I had been in school for 10 years ago and was not able to finish due to life being life. Going back and staying in took ALOT of courage from me and support from my family. I am now looking at going back for another degree in the Fall of 2012. I am thankful that my hubby and I still have our jobs. I am also thankful that my step daughter came back into our lives after being gone for 5 years. We were thrilled to know that she was alive, well, and where she was. We have been estatic to actually have a relationship with her again.

concerning the instant pudding...is this the mix or a container of premade pudding. IF it is the mix...do I mix it up and then add it in there?

We have been invited over to DS's girlfriend's parents house tomorrow for New Years Dinner. The mom is cooking the traditional collard greens, black eyed peas, and cornbread. I have offered to bring the dessert....the least I can do IMO. Now, I'm at a loss as to what to take. Their only request was chocolate and no coconut. My need is simply but not store bought simple. What does Pcom suggest. TIA

She is adorable. I love the length. The ladies at Blooms are GREAT with kids. Tanya is the only one that I will let touch little Bit's hair from now on. Tanya is the only one that has been able to cut it and Little Bit not screeam the entire time.

Hubby will be working, DS will be at a party with his friends where he will spend the night, and DD and I will be hanging out at home. I will probaby bring in the new year by myself and the dogs. If I am lucky, hubby, DD, and I will go out to dinner before he goes to work.

Charlies Angels, When are you going to be back at the Church this week? I have somethings for you . I will have more, but that will require some cleaning on my part...something that I find difficult with a 3yo hanging on to me.

There was some discussion not long ago about Dogwoods on hwy 92 having closed down for good. Have they closed down or not? Just wondering.

We do but I'm hoping to get them down today or tomorrow.

My son just turned 16 in Nov.. He chose to have his girlfriend, her parents, me, my hubby, our youngest daughter,and my dad to all meet at Stevie B's for pizza and cake. We gave him his presents there. Nothing fancy. He still does not have his license and probably will not get a car until he gets a job and can help to pay for one along with some of what the insurance is going to cost him. I can see us doing quiet a party for his 18th birthday in a couple of years.

We will be having them at our house. Last year we ate at Fatbacks and they were the Bomb there. I guess I'll have to suck it up and cook it all myself this year.

Darn, I wish I would have known this. I went through a flat and a 1.5 dz just yesterday and threw away the containers. I'll make sure to start saving them for you when we get more eggs tomorrow.

I will be enjoying the last day with my in laws, step daughter, and her fiance before they head back to AL. At some point, I'm hoping to use my gcs that I got for Christmas at some of the After Christmas sales. Have a fabulous day everyone.

The CVS over by the Briar Patch is open. Because of that, our daughter and future son in law were able to tell us that we are going to be grandparents again...his 5th, her 1st. I think we are still in shock.

Me: new dishes that I have been looking at for the last 3 years and gcs to Scarlett Indulgence and JCPenney's Hubby: a new griddle and his long johns set son: Ipod charger/player/alarm clock and money youngest daughter: barbie stuff oldest daughter: the answer her boyfriend gave her when she proposed to him last night...and money and what can I look foward to hearing about that you got her when I see her again on 1-4??????

We just saw her yesterday...I think... at Taco Bell. She did not look like she was in a good mood. I hope she gets to feeling better. Being out in this cold weather can not be good for her health. What is her story?

I will be happy to post a picture if someone will just tell me how to do it. This is the first Santa that my youngest actually talked to. She was amazing with him. Even my 16 yo got into it. I completely agree with not being rushed and feeling like you are the only one as soon as you get into his little house. Mrs. C, Please tell him Thank you for what he does.

He was the BEST with my 3 yo today . He made her perfectly at ease and she actually told him what she wants. Not to mention, the picture(s) are just plain wonderful . Mrs. C, Thank you VERY much for suggesting him.
