Tow and I are celebrating our 16th anniversary in a few weeks and I'm needing ideas of something fun and romantic to do on a VERY little budget. I'm fresh out of ideas. I can't think of anything! It would be much easier to plan something if it weren't 5 gazillion degrees outside, cause he likes the outdoors, and I don't mind as long as I don't have to sweat or get bitten by bugs! But seriously, at this point, I'm trying to find something that won't cost a fortune
