I know for instance I can track, say lowrider's purchases going back several years. A group of young white men riding in pickup trucks with Confederate Battle Flags and spewing epithets are alleged to have confronted a gathering of black residents in Douglasville Saturday celebrating a child's birthday. The Douglasville Police interceded in the confrontation and the young white men were directed to leave the grassy area they had congregated upon - presumably private property owned by one of the folks at the party.
