Read a post yesterday that someone posted about all lights flickering in the whole house.Wanted the house rewired because the house had been hit by lighting. Hope this is not true in your case.

Sorry. Didn't know things was that bad . Would be better like you said to have the whole house checked out. Have you checked outside around your house close to the meter for a ground rod in the ground? You should have a eight foot copper rod in the ground with a copper wire from your breaker box fastened to it. Your meter should be grounded to this also.

I would say that you just need a new light. Not the whole house rewired. Maybe a new breaker in the breaker box. Unless you want to go with a bigger breaker box you shouldn't need the whole house rewired. Is your breaker box burned inside where the lighting hit?Check your light bulbs . Unscrew them and screw them back in real tight. If you have the four lights under a fan they are bad to flash when the bulbs work loose. hope this helps.

I have found that there are some people that you just can't joke with. On the other hand some will joke with you but don't want you joking with them. In your case if it's in your own home I don't know what to tell you. I would like to know if you believe that the people that you spend a lots of time around each day has an effect on your attitude. I believe if you are around someone that all they talk about is how bad they feel and sick all of the time I think it will drag you down with them.
