    I think the purpose is to keep the drunk azz off the road. So, do you think it against the constitution to lock their azz up for, lets say 48 hrs if they don't want to voluntarily submit to a breath/blood test? just wondering.

    Have never had any problems in or around Hiram. Now, my wife on the other hand, a couple or three tickets, and well deserved. She is a little lead foot and doesn't operate a brake pedal until she can read "Stop" on the sign. The replacement on brakes is her 3 to my 1.
