I've thought this to. I have 4 kids and wow at the time i sat down and thought i didn't even see my own child all day. Not because of not wanting to but because of LIFE. I think that's why the have the buddie thing going on so the younger kids don't feel left out. But then again why should it be your older kids responsibility to take care of YOUR KIDS.
