Have you been to the new thrift store? St. Vincent De Paul's thrift store. It is located in the old Discount Furniture store. I went in today. It was set up very nice. The prices was good. I bought a few things nothing big. A friend told me about it and that she got a brand new crock pot for $5.00. Just wondered if anyone else has been and did you get something good?

Steven ( Johnboy Automotive here on p.com) has offered himself as Santa for a day in Oct. It is a fund raiser to help Lighthouse Food Pantry. For anyone who brings in two can items per person can get a FREE picture with santa. ( and he makes a great santa) Is their anyone on here who takes photos that is willing to donate their time one SAT. in Oct?????? It is for a great cause. This will also give you the jump start for your Christmas post cards.

Ok I need more info on this. I have never heard about this. I have naturaly curly hair and I have to get perms just to tame it from being so wild and frizzy. I would love straight non frizzy hair. But I do not have time to use a straightner every day. So please do share more info on what this is. TIA
