Ok I spoke to soon. I have to take back a book. But one item out of ???????? Is pretty good for us.

We are called to feed the hungry and help the hurting. We may not have been everywhere these have been, but we can feel their pain. I see it in their eyes. I can hear it in their voice. I can see it on their face. We can not fix their problems. We can not meet their every need. But we can do what we have the resources to do. We see so many that just need someone to listen to them. They just want someone to share their stories with. And someone who cares. We have so many people that come through on Friday nights. That I must admit I am guilty of not taking the time that needs to be taken to jus

We had one come wake us up at 7:30 ( we didnt get in bed until 11:30). So they all got up and are having the time of their lives. I got all the boxes and paper cleaned up, breakfast is done. Now time to sit back and relax for a while. THen off to my parents to let the kids open more gifts. Then to church for the food pantry. It is a great day. Everyone is healthy and happy. Merry Christmas everyone.

First off I made a mistake we will only be open until 8pm and not 9pm. Second we have plenty of food for tommorow night. We are there to help everyone that is in need. People are hurting and need the "extra" help. I have met many people who are not"homeless" ( being without a home) but are living without electricity, running water. They may be staying inside of a building, and therefore not "homeless". But they are living without power. Without heat of any kind. Either way we are going to be there to help. If anyone needs the extra help, please know we are there to help. Merry Christ

Oh honey you aint got to tell me. I usually have 5 kids around me. It is a wonder I ever make any sence at all. And I often type with one finger. Sorry for the smart butt answer. But really I don't know. Hubby always cooks the hams ( and they are soooooo gooooood).

WOW! Everyone said yes. That is what I do too. But the kids all got a gift the other day with no batteries and it got me to thinking about it.
