Sorry Mr. Haney but I hated that show. My sister used to make me watch it. And I hated it. But now you are all right on here.

This is the only one I have dealt with. The one in Cedartown. But I really didnt know anything about them.

Well it is only showing there is around 200 post a day and that is on a good day.

I have a friend that has one and swears by it. But I have never tried one. I want to though. She says it feels so good. You hear and feel you back pop back into place. So please do let us know.

Yes she told me it has sold and will close on it in two weeks. But it is comercial land and can not be used for housing.

He sounds very smart. We got a very good dog as well. He loves the kids and they love him. He loves to track thngs. He is so funny with his nose in the ground sniffing away. We got LGM's dog Buddy. We love him!

Well he has no money at all. So he is going to lose it one way or the other. Either let them have it, or sell it for a little price. Either way he will lose it. It is very sad. I just looked it up it says to expect to pay between 2,000 and 4,000 to move it. Depending on where you are moving it.

Thanks. If I am reading this right ----it says you have to have a permit to move it. But it says nothing about an age of the home. Am I right??????

Not sure the value. It is a 2000 model. It needs lots of repairs. But he is only asking 1,000.00 for it. But it has to be moved before Jan 31st that is the eviction date. If he doesn't sale it by then and have it moved. The owner of the land just gets to keep it I guess. So he is trying to get anything he can for it. But it has to be off by the 31st.

No it is not me- the guy that is being evicted we have his household items on here for sale. He is trying to sale the mobile home as well. But the lady that is evicting him is telling me that he can not move a trailor older than 5 years old in Ga. But that does not sound right to me. So I thought I would ask and see if he can sell it. I can call in the morning to see at the courthouse or somewhere. But wanted to see if anyone on here knew first.

Someone said if it is older than 5 years old you could not move it at all. But I looked on the gov web site to HWAM and couldnt find nothing to help with.

For moving a mobile home? Someone told me you could not move one older than 5 years old. But I have no clue about any of this. Just trying to help a friend sell his. TIA

I am going to share a little story about my own fears. One day last year we were having tornado weather. There had been several around and the threat for one that day was very high. I had 3 children in Rockmart at school, was dropping two off at granny and papa's house in Dallas, then going to pick up bread and to the church to work. I was so scared of us all being in three diffrent places during such a bad time. I have to admit I love my suburban. Not sure I would ever want anything else. It is very roomy and seats 8 very good.
