Just wanted to make sure I said that right in the above statment. We have to buy the food from the food bank. But we give it away FREE to the families in need. We do not charge anyone for receiving help from us. We raise all our money to buy the items from yard sales, raffles, etc. Just wanted to make sure that was worded right.

Lighthouse food Pantry: We are so excited about next Saturday April 17th 2010 from 9am until 4pm,downtown Dallas. We are going to be a part of the first annual Spring Fling on the square. We will have a booth set up, to raise money for the food pantry. We will have lots of goodies. We will have the Texas Roadhouse armadillo "Andy" at our booth. We will be auctioning off a Dinner for Two to Texas Roadhouse. Drawing will be held at 3:30pm that day. Andy will also be giving away a free kids meal or appetizer to all who make a donation to the food pantry. We will also be selling jew

We could tell a huge difference today. Before even when it was not hot outside, but the sun was shinning. It was up around 80-85 inside the rooms. But today even with the sun shinning it never got that high. We love it. They did such a great job the owner has decided to pay them to do the rest of the building for them. Thanks guys. Great job. And it makes the place looks so much better. We pray God sends you lots of business, and blessings.

You are so right. It got very hot in there and we was afraid when it really got hot outside it would be horrible inside. They ROCK! And like I said they did very good work. They took their time and did it all right. Never missed a lick.

These are the ones we see the most around here every year.

Oh ok. I know all mine are in Elem. School and last year it was one week Mon-Frid. But this yeah ( all still in Elem.) it is Tueday - Monday. I just found it odd. But guess we are just behind times if Paulding has been doing this. I am not sure why the huge gap in Spring Break. However I think I will like that, because everyone else should be back in school so that means no lines for us whatever we do.

And that be where I at. We have plenty up here. Havent seen any yet and hope we dont. But we have seen our fair share up here. I hate them things.................................. and copperheads.

Why are they going over into another week. Last year it was one week. Now they go some of one week then some of the next. It seems to me that puts more pressure on the kids. I know some ( not mine they dont seem to mind at all) children get real upset, nervouse and annixous about them. They would be tournmenting to a child to drag it out that long. Over a whole weekend.

When does Paulding County have there CRCT testing? My kids ( Polk County) are starting theirs today and go all week, then again on Monday. Not sure why they didnt start yesterday and go all week. But ????? Their Spring Break is not until April 19th. Wonder why such the big gap this year.
