Atlanta isn't really the same as townie living. Townie typically tends to be the turn around areas. Most houses in these areas are in the 500K range, but I'm seeing A LOT ranging from 250-350K. There was a time when Grant park would cost you close to a million! These areas were some of the most inflated.

So, about the material. I do think that it would be appropriate for a world social studies class in high school where there can be a strong dialog and open discussion on social differences.
