What ticks me off even more, they haven't updated the flight status in an hour. I'm getting BB updates. If you fly Continental, they email you to annoyance when something changes in your flight!

Well, the good news is that the flight that he was rebooked on is only, as of now, an hour late and counting. We fly the worst route as far as delays go, but at least with continental it's 50% or less. Delta seems to be batting a thousand with everything, customer service leading. BUT, the good news is that all these delays, I think, have finally convinced SO to dump Delta like I have.

Delta!!! SO was due to land right now, before his flight was canceled due to mechanical problems. This wouldn't be quite so bad if SO hadn't flown them 2 other times *this week* - none of them being less than an hour late. Three for 3, Delta lovers!
