    OK! I take it back...sorry. My bad. I guess I was going on what I've read/experienced with Powder Springs. I really shouldn't judge since I live adjacent and not in Powder Springs. My bad...I'm sorry!

    My house is in Powder Springs and is quite nice missy!! Some areas in PS have gone down hill...not all this is a cute subdivision.

    I was asked to leave the Hollister store in Arbor place.... ummm... I was sorta causing a scene... um: MY DAUGHTER IS 12 YEARS OLD (2 YEARS AGO) AND SHE WEARS A MEDIUM AND YOUR MEDIUM FITS MY 5 YEAR OLD...NOW MY DAUGHTER HAS A POOR SELF IMAGE. YOU ONLY SELL CLOTHES FOR ANOREXIC 10 YEAR OLDS!!!!!!!!!

    I was a lil upset.... they told me I should just leave and my daughter was mortified but I just flipped out...

     

    Oh...I can completely agree with the size thing, If I can take it home and slip it on a barbie...chances are that even the XXXL isn't going to fit me. what happened to people with butts and boobs?? GEEZ

     

    Anyway, Good for you I wouldn't have bought from there either.

    No you don't. :p One, you get picked on all the time for being a 'skinny minny'. Two, I never have energy, and all it takes is standing up too fast for me to get dizzy. I'm cursed with insanely high metabolism, as is just about everyone in my family. But, what makes me the MOST upset about it, is that I can never donate blood. I never weigh enough...and having a mom that needs transfusions on a regular basis just makes me want to donate more.

     

    No I skipped skinny minny and got fatty patty. Ok, so what you are telling me is to quit being a baby and donate my blood b/c there are LOTS AND LOTS of people out there like your mother who need it?!?

    wow...that was a tough morning. It sounds like my daily grind. I don't have to get up until around 6:30, but my SO gets up at 3am, so I am awake at that time everyday...listening to where is my belt or shoes or walet. Well gee...let me think on that... I just can't recall the last time I used any of the above. Oh, and my dog decided that she needed to PEE on my bed, just put clean sheets on last night. So she pees and my foot lands right in it so again I am awake at 4:30 am. SUCKS, it makes we wanna buy a 12pk on my way to work.

    President Bush has implemented an 8% increase in all new tire prices effective today, August 1st. So if you are wondering why the sudden increase when you are looking for tires, now you will know. They have already risen 3 times this year already and now another increase!!! This will affect all foreign and American made tires.

    crap....we have been talking about getting new tires for the past month. EERRR...

    The brand isn't really important, probably whatever is on sale or you can get the best deal on. What area are you in, we can find someone around you, there are volunteers/kind p.com'ers in all parts of town that will help it get to the right place!

    Here is a list of what is needed from the other thread....

     

    If you are going to the store this week, please keep this need in mind please. Specifically the bigger needs are

    Dry PUPPY food

    Canned Cat Food

    Canned Dog/Puppy Food

    Kitten & Puppy Milk Formula

    Exact Baby Bird Formula

    Small Paper Trays to feed kittys (sold at places like Sams club, think red and white tray typically fries are served in)

     

    I'm off of Brownsville road. I can pick some things up today and drop them by to someone around 5:30.

    I've gotten pierced there. It's very clean, and they are the NICEST people! They are always tryign to do things to help the community, and various charity work.

     

    I've never been tattooed there, but I am thinking about it. They always do specials, like buy one get one free. Which, before I went sounded very strange to me... Sometimes they will pick a random day, and do $20 Chinese symbols.

    Check them out, really, I love them.

    I have a co-worker who is constatly picking his nose. He is 39 years old. No one will say anything to him. It makes us all sick. I have been chosen to be the one to say something to him. Please give me some suggestions

     

    I'd tell him that perhaps he needs to attend a daycare rather than coming to work if he is going to pick his nose all day.. I mean come on we all dig at one point or another, just do it in the bathroom or something. I work with a guy that has sinus issues and sounds like a horse. We told him real quick that we didn't work in a barn..

    Please PM me the name we just had someone come out today and my dog is acting crazy. They aren't treating the back yard just the front so the two big dogs aren't an issue it is the little dog that goes out front that I am concerned about. They have treated our yard before and we did get those spots a few months back.

    I know it's misleading.. you don't actually cook. You do all the prep work for the entree. You bag or put it in a tray and wrap it to be frozen with the cooking instructions. You carry everything home ( I brought a cooler) and put it in the freezer. We are having Apple Bourbon Ribs tonight!Me too, I'm all about slapping something in a pan!

     

    Yea, thats what I mean...cook prepare whatever!

    My intelligent culinary graduate student corrected me..... B) .

    Let me just say... I have cooked for 26 married years and plenty others.... I STILL Love it!

    We drove thru the s/d for the first time today, and it is deplorable in there. There are sooo many homes for sale, a lot that have not been completed in the building process. Whats up? Who were the builders (pm please), Some of the homes look really nice but, good grief why sooo many for sale? I know the traffic on 61 is bad but, could it be THAT BAD? :o :o

     

    My Aunt lives there...I believe that the builders went bankrupt and left everything the way it is. AND...with that stupid @$$ entrance I surely wouldn't want to buy a house in there.

    So as some of you know i am pregnant...well.......this is completely random but it seems like everywhere i look i see the 3 sixes...........that is freaking me out ..it makes me think something bad is going to happen....i swear i have never seen that number so many times in my whole life as i have over about the past 2 weeks.......

    OK that was mean, I was j/k! I always notice when those numbers are together too and there are 3 6's in 2 of the numbers that I have to write pretty often and it freaks me out. I'm sure all will turn out fine!!

    I'm self-employed -- but I think the answer is NO, even still.

     

    As for punishment I think it still needs to be pointed out that he is innocent until proven guilty. That's how our justice system is set up. If he is found guilty of the charges, then I hope he is sentenced to the hilt. (Oh, and for the record I feel sure he's guilt of most if not all of the charges. That needs to be *proven* in a court of law, NOT the court of public opinion.)

    So if the puppies are being sold for profit instead of raised to fight then its ok?

    Yes, I would rather see someone breed a dog and sell it to a loving home than to breed them to die/kill. Yea anyday! I don't promote either, however at least they have a better chance from a loving breeder then they do with a dog fighter. Yea there is a difference.
