I see their error and highly doubt they realized that it was against the law. We can not see the tattoos and can't judge them on that part. But on a whole.... as long as the tattoos are not that bad etc etc I would not go nuts over this. How many folks knew it was illegal? Not to say a tattoo parlor could not do it to someone under ager, but that even a parent could not do it? Heck I remember kids doing their own when I was 16 or 17....

Yes, cancel the card and find another one. Companies like this need to lose customers to learn that they can't do that. I would think after all this time the judge would agree that a mutual agreement was not going to happen and let a jury decide. I wonder why this has not happen yet? As far as I can state that the company of South Life that Mickey Womble ran and built my home. I have seen some serious shoddy workmanship done by that company. As a general point to everyone. If you sell an item do it at a restaurant, inside if possible. Parking lots can be very unsafe. Now I have sold a phone at the entrance of a Ractrack before. You know talking to kids is better then them doing things on their own. And yes kids know a lot more now then we did as kids.
