No your taxes pay for that....but when it comes to people doing things that they should not do and then expect you and I to bail them out...well it is about time they have to pay for it themselves. Why is making someone who do something they should NOT do slippery slope? Some of these rescues cost MAJOR money...where do you think it comes from? a money tree out back? Lives of the ones doing the rescue are also lost....all so someone can do something they should not do. If they are not made to pay they will go on through life mess up others lives and endangering other lives as well.

You know I think making people responsible for their actions is not a bad thing.

And you have to think about the fact that he started her doing drugs when she was 10...so her childhood was messed up from the start....by the age of 17,18,19 I am sure her thinking was NOT the best...Heck she had been doing drugs for 9 years by then.
