yes i will always have to take effexor ... i take four dif meds for my bipolar .. n i do suffer with some anxiety issues .. but they are minimal to my depression n mania ... i would yoyo with my meds back when i was younger ... n actually ended up in the ward .. i learned the hard way to just stick with the program ... cuz it was the most beneficial for my quality of life ...

ifi miss ONE dose of my effexor ... i feel like total crap ... i take it same time everyday ... trust me the withdrawals of these meds is nothing to take lightly ...

my focus has over 100 000 on it now .. n knock on wood never had any thing other then routine maint done on it ... its a 2005 ... had it since it had 13-000 on it ...

im blessed ... with a wonderful wife .. awesome friends ... good kids n grandkids n nieces n nephews ... all of which bring me up when im down .. give me smiles when i have frowns ... i have a roof over my head .. food in my belly ... heat on cold nights .. n clean water for the nec things in my life ... im fortunate enough to have internet to keep up with ppl ... n things going on in the world ... n tv for stupid entertainment ... that diverts me away from all the negative that the news shows .. oh i know .. you cant run from it ... its here ... but dwelling on it daily doesnt

i dunno .. i wouldnt be drinkin it without talkin to the water dept .. see if there is abreak somewhere or something going on ... might be nothing .. but better to be safe then sorry ...
