I call it potty petting and it makes me nuts. I have a cat that hardly ever ask for attention until I get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. Imagine rushing into the house after being out, your 911ing it and 4 chi's and a 150 lb Great Pyr following you to the bathroom.

They are going to need help with those things it can be done. My family did a land deal years ago without the bank. They went to a lawyer and had some type of no interest contract written up. If the buyer made all the payments on time and paid it off the land was theirs. If they missed a payment they forfeited the land. Basically they could not hold equity on it the lender did until it was paid off. In the long run if your monthly finances limited, you can't afford not to buy a home these day. You can't rent for under 900.00

CC I am headed out of town. When they find a place it is very likely not going to hold all their things. They will still need the storage long term until they buy another house. I am praying that the Morrisons can close this chapter of their life. They are my family. I have hurt for them, cried for them, and been outraged for them. Their ignorant beliefs can kill them all day long, as in the case of HIV, how many had to die for them to start protecting themselves. The entire country can and should be quarantined .I am sorry folks, but that is not a human being that is a carcass.

That is way to complicated for me to explain. They actually lost the case against the county I believe that it was due to their wonderful attorney not filing something. Immediately after that he dropped their case. It all sounded very suspicious to me, as though the county and the lawyer had cooked it up. I have always said they had a better case of malpractice against the lawyer than anything else.

I can answer you both about why stay to the bitter end, because they had taken everything, this was the last thing and the refused to just hand it over to anyone, whether it was a bank, government or a developer. They are truly having dire financial problems. Thad can not work and Melissa is over 50 which makes it next to impossible to get a job. I have known a lot in this situation and have helped some families over the years. There is a level that you hit and it snowballs very rapidly. I am not happy about it. I have a ton of yard work to get done before I leave on the 20th for dad's. It is not often I need a lot of help in the garden but today is an exception I should not have put it off and now I have a lot of stuff that needs to go in the ground and some that needs to go into pots.

It was indeed mostly principal and the obvious that their property markers were blatantly ignored. Open and shut case right. Here is our plat and here is the road they built. They had a local lawyer that continued to encourage them to the tune of about 1/2 million, Savings and retirement. When they ran out of money the lawyer made up a story to drop their case. When they are cleared they can go. Americans with the exception of some in their 90's have never seen an epidemic of this size. We can not get our minds around the picture of millions suffering and dying for lack of medical care. What about isolation and precaution is cruel in the face of possible reality. This is not like the bird flu that never made it here. This is about infected people entering this country through huge airports with hundreds of thousands of people coming in contact with surfaces and each other.

It just seems to me that a disease with better than a 50% mortality rate would deserve any and all extreme precautions. I am hearing about some concern for the nurse that contracted it. She supposedly followed protocol and contracted it any way. In my way of thinking we can not do too much. We have extremely dense population in our cities. CM I just left, I could hardly walk by the time I left. Everything was on a truck. We had to rent a forth storage for lawn and garden. You were so much help, I am glad that you and Crossroads came. You are both hard workers and that is what we desperately needed. I don't remember anyone else's name besides KV and John, everyone gave 100% to the cause. The party issue is not as important as the extremism in both parties and the unwillingness to compromise that it makes it almost impossible to keep us out of the rut we have in as a country for years. When they come to p.com now days they don't find many topics they can safely post in. Most of us still left posting are experienced posters. A lot of stuff in the threads make sense to us. It has been good getting to know you. Talk about a hard worker I did have a little episode, but some aspirin, food and water helped. This has been tough to watch my best friend go through this. For a women, the things in her home are treasures and this is extremely painful, I was glad to work beside someone that understood that.

I want to add that these 2 people have given back to this community as long as they have lived here. They did tons of charity work, Had a company that provided good paying jobs and benefits. They are extremely giving.
