If anyone knows of a vet that has office hours this morning the 24th please let me know. She just woke me up and I let her out to go potty, she is disoriented.

I knew one of them was bad. She is impossible to give anything to and always has been. It hurts to see her suffer but we have done all we can for now.

I remember every single day with out fail that life is short! A lecacy from my mother who died suddenly a few years ago. She would sweat and stress over a lot of things. I knew with out a doubt that if she had known how short her life was going to be she would have done many things differently. She was waiting to get things just right to be happy. The last few years have been the happiest of my life! I am not perfect by any means, but I do my best to dwell on the little positives that we all experience everyday!

She is a chi, we tried, with baby aspirin she is fighting us and crying so not much to be done. She is a bit over weight so she won't waste away to nothing. Just hate to see her down, we will check to see if Dr. Judy has office hours in the morning!

Will baby aspirin be ok?

Little dog has been acting down for a couple of days. We thought it was colic. She is crying when she tries to chew. We are pretty sure it is a toothache. She weighs about 6 lbs.

I love love love those boots! When I finally recovered from the lyme disease one of my feet was so messed up I could only wear very flat shoes. I found those at Walmart and fell in love, I bought a brown and a black pair. I don't think I have ever loved a pair of shoes as much as I love those purple boots!!! And good afternoon to you! I didn't see this earlier. I am going to have a great Christmas! I have more Christmas spirit than I have in years! I don't really know where it came from but I am loving it!!

As always I am crying as read each of your stories and sharing in your pain. If this is your first year I have a story to share with you, so that you will know how important it is to carry through with your Christmas traditions even though you are grieving. My mothers father committed suicide shortly before Christmas when she was 14. They were all grieving, my grandmother in her grief simply did not have it in her to celebrate and was not even going to put up a tree that year. My mother was devastated as Christmas was always a special time for the family with large gatherings.

Yes it is good to take the time to remember and shed our tears. I know you have shed many for your dear son.

Every year I start this thread to reach out to those that are having difficulty dealing with Christmas because they have lost someone to death. My mother died just before Christmas a few years ago. We all went through the motions of putting up the tree, buying presents and preparing the meal. All those around us not deeply pained as we were truly celebrated. We held inside our sadness, and cried at the site of a plate of brownies or a special ornament. We needed so badly to express our pain, but put others first as to not bring them down during the holidays with our grief.
