  4. That is why I got out of the business. It happens all the time. On the other hand so many people need accountability, and that monthly bill can be and is accountability. I don't know what gym it is. A trainer that is honest will teach you correct form and many exercises. If you aren't learning how to exercise by the first paid session you are being ripped off. Trainers teach and motivate anything else is nonsense. There is plenty of nonsense in the fitness business. The only way you ever get what you pay for is to commit to going when you buy it and knowing what to expect from a trainer up
  5. Yes it will be. I have heard so many great things about it, I can't wait!!
  6. The gallery on p.com works exactly like photo bucket also. You just create an album load pictures in it, double click on the pic and you get the list of codes.
  7. If you res your cursor on the pictures in your file a box with text will usually pop up with the size and picture type. You will find that most are sized for print 1200x1600 for example. Most computers come with a simple picture editing program. Mine is paint. Right click on your picture, click edit from the menu, it will open it in your program. You are going to resize your pictures. Your picture is open now click on the resize button Click the pixel button I usually put 700 in the top number Save your picture to your picture files. On p.com scroll down
  8. A huge thanks to Showtime Stunz for joining the Day for Renae event Saturday September 29th. The show starts at 1pm
  9. I have some thank you's to throw out, there is no way I can do this alone. One of the most important things to fund raising is getting the word out. We have had overwhelming support from media in the county. Terry with the Millcreek was one of the first to publicize our event on Access Paulding. Jody Martin with channel 23 for letting us broadcast a commercial. The New Era did an article. The Paulding neighbor also did an article. Jon Vargis at the patch also did an article. I can't personally thank each and everyone of the thousands that have shared the event on facebook. For 2 we
  10. AWWW thats too bad, I love to see her smile, I have never seen a kid look so much like a grand parent, she looks just like you when she smiles, it's amazing.!!!!
  11. Thanks lady, I am looking forward to it, you know you helping the kids do bingo On the other hand the the young man selling soda from Sam's is kinda cute Is the grand baby coming to ride ponies and jump in the jump house?
  12. I was dragging this morning, late for my own networking meeting I facilitate. Luckily my business peeps were understanding and we had a great meeting. First on my list was a visit to Sam's to confirm they would run the TIKI bar, their marketing crew works like I do out in the field with customers, we had a plan as always, then I confirm pick up and arrival. The new guy on their crew is young and it felt good to hear how excited he was to be working an event with me. Their marketing folks are the best over there. My next stop was Party rental to rent the bingo game and hesitantly reserv

    Okay Ladies

We are so much alike it's not funny!
  14. That means a lot coming from you, we all need a helping hand at some time. I was there with my newborn son 17 years ago. I know how helpless and desperate you can feel. I promised back then that I would pay it forward. I keep my promises. I can't help everyone, but I believe that a higher power nudges you at the appropriate time.
  15. Her husband is Sargent Mitch Hudgens of the Paulding County sheriffs office, he is a 30 year veteran of law enforcement. Renae worked at the Calhoun police department before she fell ill. I was approached by Rodney of Rodneys Barbq in New Hope. He explained to me that he wanted to put on a fund raiser for the Hudgen's family. I only do one fund raiser a year and it has to be a cause that pulls my heart strings. I believe that the Hudgen's have been privately struggling with this for a while until he shared with someone what they had been going through for almost a year. I ask some of
  16. I ran into the same thing, there are billions of dollars out there for healthcare that nobody will touch. Many people could pay some type of premium or something towards a doctor visit. If they can't have every penny they are asking for then they turn it down flat. If we would allow the working poor to pay at least 25 a week towards care, the taxpayers would not be stuck with the entire bill. The way it stands now if you have 25 a week to pay you are making too much to get assistance for medical. It does not sound like much until you add up the numbers on the 40% more or less that will n
  17. When I saw the title I thought of something completely different. Everywhere on the internet and even to a certain extent at gatherings, politics have become hostile. The polarization is extreme, the language is fearful and hateful. The other side no matter which side has become a mortal enemy. I think it has become easy to do this because of the last 10 years, 9/11 was very frightening to the country as a whole and the recession deeply effected the quality of life for most of us. My biggest disappointment is that those using this for political gain and commercialization are tearing us

    Okay Ladies

I would not leave the house for a year! As long as I have my computer I could stay very busy with projects and socializing on p.com I would emerge at the end of the year, make up on, hair styled, and cute shoes
  19. And this would be the piece of the equation everyone leaves out. So we cut out the subsidy to low wage earners. They will find a way to feed themselves some how, not! We are a cash society,we live on small lots or even in apartments. We do not have enough land to support growing enough food to be totally dependent on, the poor can't even afford the tools if they did want to try. In this cash society a person does not even have access to free clean drinking water. I won't be like the depression where many still lived rural enough to survive on gardens and chickens. It will be stealing and
  20. We have had a lot of donations for this. Rite aid has donated a lot of toys and adult gifts. Jewelry was donated by Pat's apparel and Criterion. These are just a few there are tons more of gifts. With the auction and raffles it is going to be hard for anyone to leave empty handed.
  21. I am so glad you are going to be there. It has grown so large covering the whole block from Walgreens to Rodneys that we have had to ask for volunteers. Abney school is the designated parking place they have a big parking lot on the north side with a paved path that goes to the activities, the pony ride will be there and the sheriffs deputy will have a crossing to the jump house and video games and down the entire block on that side. Publix and the bank have offered their lots for overflow parking also.
  22. They are large black spiders with yellow stripes on their legs. The myth that I grew up with is that writing spiders in your garden would spin a web with a persons first initial. It would be a warning to that person of a death. Either theirs or someone close to them. To tear down the web or kill the spider would bring the death on ones self.
  23.   AWWWW come on, you know you had a hard time keeping your hands off him.
