How does a passanger get arrested for what a driver has done? I know they are husband and wife from reading the posts and the wife was driving. I know for a fact if once he paid you rent you have to go through the motions of having him evicted. I allowed someone to stay at my house for a little over a month and she paid $100.00 and she was a pain in the arse and I told her to leave. Well, I had to go through the process of having her evicted because she actually paid rent.

If they would have called me, first I would have busted out laughing. Then I would have asked why were they bothering me with a phone call. Then I would have said, you take care of it there, I will take care of it at home. I get annoyed when they bug me with stupid things like that ie....dress code ect...take care of it.
