First of all you don't know what is going on. Second of all one of them is a relative and now 16 and she is going after the family and the other one is a neighbor and she accused her father, step-father and another neighbor of the same friggin thing. So, I wouldn't have him hung, shot, or anything else until you know the whole story. This kid (for once) is actully INNOCENT!!!!!! What I'm getting is, it really doesn't matter if a non-poisonous snake strikes at you, because they don't have any fanks so they wouldn't do much damage any way. Or am I wrong? Oh for crying out loud, we still have to look out for snakes even with the weather changing more to the cooler side? I am so over this. I hope we have a cold cold cold winter with snow that is over the roof of our homes that kill all the bugs and what not and that next summer doesn't get over 65 and that the snakes don't know whether to come out or not.
