We would like to start an in house collections department for our company and eliminate the collection agency we use. We are having a hard time trying to figure out what collection agencies use to find people. We hold on to the account for as long as we can and do everything we can to find them, but it seems like the collection agency has no problem finding them. Of course when we ask them how they are able to find these people they say they can not tell us that. So does anyone work or has worked for a collection agency that can tell us what we need to get to help us track people down.

It has been in my house as well, lasted about 24 hours.
