YEP, your Daddy's rule of thumb is what I've been taught. Especially refreezing meat is a HUGE no-no. Cheese Weenies are baked beans (made with a can of van camps pork & beans, chopped onions sauted' with bacon, a tad of caro syrup, ketchup) and then I split a hotdog length wise and stuff the split with cheese. Place on top of the baked beans and bake in a 350 oven until the cheese is bubbly and the beans are cooked. It is really good with mashed potatoes and slaw. A meal I grew up on. (I could always tell when it was getting close to payday. LOL)

You said you are using turkey and shredded pork from Christmas that you have frozen. You are making the casseroles and then freeze them. My question is about freezing the meat that was already frozen? I have been told ALL my life that meat cannot be refrozen. I am going to learn something here I am sure.

We had that at DD's house a couple of months ago and added the crab legs. We had to ration them to the kids to make sure everyone got some. Even though we had 8 lbs of shrimp and 6 lbs of crab legs along with all the other goodies it went quick.....was SOOOOO good. We keep saying we are going to do it again soon.

About 6 yrs ago DS was helping a friend clean her house. He mixed bleach and ammonia together - thinking "if one cleaner does a good job then two will do even better." It was taking his breath away and he'd walk outside to get some clean air and return to the bathroom to clean some more. His eyes and throat were burning. They had enough sense to call Poison Control because it got so bad. They instructed him to go to the ER immediately. He came home and we took him to Kennestone (at the time they had a pediatric ER) and when we walked in the door they asked if his name was Wade? Poison Control

NOPE. They have been consistently the #1 every month for years. The margin has narrowed from time to time but they have maintained the lead.
