We went to Cedartown and did not need to do any test, just filled out the forms, gave them his old license, took new picture, paid the $10 and we were done. Also he will get a paper license at first then the plastic one will come in the mail. They have added more security features to the under 21 license.

My thoughts exactly. And why not give a visa or such which can be used anywhere. Why would I give a good friend a card for a store where they don't shop. And a gift card is the easiest gift to regift no need to let them go unused. My sister sends my son a card for Walmart and he sells it to me so he can spend the money where ever he wants. Anyone who gets a card they aren't going to use can send them to me.LOL
