Used the leaf blower. Thanks for the tip! It may not dry tonight and may have ice tomorrow but with the amount of ice and snow I had before, I would be stuck here until spring! Took less than an hour so I can always do it again tomorrow:-)

Love my nook! You can download books from booksamillion and barnesandnoble. It also allows you to lend/borrow books from a friend with a nook. Not all books are lendable but it is a very cool feature. They also have free download books and games. You also can read books for free when you go into a Barnes and Noble store... I think you get an hour or two a day:-) If you like to read outside, the color nook is not like the normal eread screen so you will have a hard time on sunny days. I stuck with the true black and white and can take it anywhere!

We got to sandestin almost every year. You are right in thinking that it is not like Destin or PCB. Not as crowded and security is tight at the pools and beach. May is a great time to go. We always stay at the Westwinds, but have stayed once at Beachside II. The Westwinds are much newer, but the condos are individually owned so everyone is different. Baytowne Wharf has lots of shops, playgrounds, and resturants. Very kid friendly with bike paths and nature trails. Try VRBO for cheaper rates. We also like going to PCB. We always stay in Sandestion. The baytowne wharf has plenty of shopping and good resturaunts. You also may want to try Harbor Docks. It looks like a hole in the wall, but is really good. If you like wine you may want to try Vin tij. They have great food and serve flights of wine for tasting. For a high end upscale dinner Seagars is always a good choice but it is $$$$. For breakfast Another Broken Egg is really good. Hope you have a great trip...wish I was going!
