Well she said the the landlord hasn't kept up with their end of fixing things. So my nieve, wanna give everyone the benefit of the doubt heart wants to believe her. But my gut is telling me I'm stupid lol

Sorry for the no ac. That sucks..but...I LOVE summer! I don't even turn the ac on till late june. My first 2 were born end of sept and end of aug. It was miserable! You'll enjoy the warmth again about 4 after he's born.

Thanks everyone. I tossed and turned all night with this on my mind. Right now, the appraisal for our second home is being done. When that is complete we'll be listing the house. I'm just paranoid that something could go wrong at the appraisal and I don't want to advertise till that's behind us. The loan officer said it'll be fine but you never know with todays market. It is something we're considering. Our Realtor also owns a property management company. We were hoping to just do a lease purchase and have very little to worry about. But we may have to get a little help.

Ok, so my husband and I are closing on our house on April 15th. We're going to be leasing out our current home. We found a great couple with a 3 month old baby boy. It sounded really promising...except...when i told her of the amount of the move in costs, she said they probably couldn't come up with all of it but we were willing to work with them. Then I sent her an email letting her know that we want to have the contract signed May 1st and 1/2 of their move in to be paid to lock in the contract for their June 1st move in. Bout dayum time! This is the only state I've lived in where you couldn't buy alcohol on Sunday...and I'll tell you what, It's a PITA when you run out late Saturday night (after midnight) and can't send someone for more cuz the stores don't sell it. Hard to believe Addison is 6 1/2 months old now. I took her to her well baby visit today and she was 17lbs 8oz and 27 1/2" long. She's sitting up, loves to scream and coo and is just such a happy baby! I wanted to share some photos of her in her very first Christmas dress. So here ya go! My fave!

Hate Delta, but...OMG US Air is HORRIBLE!! They after arriving at the airport last Thursday (driving in the ice to get there) at 3:45 am for a 5:40 flight, they caused my daughter to miss her flight and blamed it on United cuz the flight was (ran through United) but the tickets clearly stated US Airways. United is the one who was able to get her on another flight but we had to sit there till 10am, then she had an 8 hour layover in Denver. I will NEVER use Us Airways!!

Most of you know that my 18 year old lives in Oregon. Some even remember a few times when I shared about her coming to visit...well to those that have shared in my joy of my daughter...I have some great news. Ash graduates in June...I got a phone call from her tonight...she was talking so fast I couldn't understand her...but when I finally got her to calm down..I heard what she was saying...TODAY SHE GOT HER ACCEPTANCE LETTER TO OREGON STATE UNIVERSITY!!!!! She starts in the fall!!!!! I'm so very happy for her!! She's planning on majoring in education and minoring in Biology. She want

My granny passed at 2am December 26 6 years ago. She was a loving woman and even though she new it was time, she refused to pass on Christmas. It didn't surprise me to hear that she waited till Christmas was over. That was how she rolled. I miss her terribly. My papa passed in Feb. 7 years ago. I haven't been back for a Christmas since his passing. My grandmother and I have never been close, but my papa was my world. I just can't bear being in his home with out him. A very dear friend passed 3 months ago. She's got a 12 year old daughter that will be spending her first Christ
