Did anyone else get double billed from greystone? Our bill is showing a meter reading for both June and July bringing our bill to $489. Last months bill was $121 and that was for 2 house. So I don't understand how it would be such a jump and why they are billing for 2 months. I'm calling tomorrow, but just wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem.

OMGEEEEE...just got our bill. Last month was just under $200 and this month...$485. I'm floored! DH is VERY unhappy. We've never had a bill this high. We moved into a 2800 sq ft house back in April with a pool. We try to run the filter over night, and I keep the thermostat downstairs set at 78. We have 2 1/2 floors and the kids bedrooms are too cold cuz we keep the upstairs at 76 cuz our bedroom is on the 3rd level and is ALWAYS blazing hot. We still don't have window treatments and I'm wondering if that will help. I just can't get another bill like this!!! And what's with t -
Thanks everyone! I too cannot believe that it's been nearly a year! Time has flown WAY too fast for me. But she is just so fun and such a sweet baby. I tell my mom that she's the perfect later in life baby to have. LOL She's just so laid back. And yes, she LOVES LOVES LOVES to have her pictures taken. Already quite the little princess LOL

I can't believe that my sweet Addison will be a year old in just 20 days. I took these pics of her in her birthday tutu dress that I made for her and wanted to share them with y'all.

CONGRATS!!!!!!! Can't wait to hold your precious miracle!!!!

Thanks. Our fire pit is very small and it's got a screened lid that we keep over it.

Does this include like a burn pit with a lid and/or burn barrels?

I've rented nearly all of my adult life. Only just recently became a homeowner. I've always had pets. Most will allow if you pay a pet deposit. And almost all of the pet deposits are non refundable. They can range anywhere from $100-$400 per pet. I hope you find a great landlord who will allow your family member to be with you always. Good luck.

We allow all dogs except for known aggressive breads...there are just too many kids nearby to take the chance of them being bit. We've got a full fence back yard that she would love.

We have a 3/2 that we're wanting to lease purchase. Your pooch is welcome, we just ask for a small non-refundable pet deposit. PM if interested. There's also an post about the house in the real estate rental section here on pcom.

I remember both of you very well and was just thinking about you the other day. I bought your sectional right before you moved. It was the first piece of furniture I had ever bought myself. I will keep Froggy in my prayers. I hope he recovers quickly! HUGS!

Yeah share your secrets please. We're moving from a 1400sf house to a 2100sf house and really need to reduce our usage so he bill doesn't kill us.

I can't wait! It's gonna be so fun!

By my questions and comments, I'm learning by asking and we are trying to keep our house until the housing market gets good enough for us to sell. Becoming a landord isn't what we want, but it's something we need to do in order to keep the house so we can sell it at a later date. Just sayin. Now, did you have something to add or did you just want to tell me I'm not intelligent enough to rent out my home? Thank you for that. I feel knowledge is power. Everyone has to start somewhere and I do NOT go into new things without having some knowledge in the matter.

I just responded to your post with some info. Let me know if interested. I have a lot of photos.

Wow! What a nightmare. I hope a pray that that doesn't happen to us. Sorry you had to go through that. On a side note...I emailed hear again and just told that by her not responding I can assume they don't want the house nd she finally emailed me back and said they decided it was out of their price range. She could've just said so in the first place. Geesh. So...back to looking for someone. We prefer to do a lease purchase with someone who will want to buy it but just can't right now. So if you hear of someone let me know.
-
Thanks everyone! I'll be pm'ing for info tonight.
-
Yep realy $ just not even real min wage lol what a nightmare you would either if you typed 800+ documents and got a check for less than $50 lmao
-
Yep animal. Your right. In the 2 months I worked...I worked all day and made a whopping $106 lol. There are companies out there. Just don't do anything that pays $.11 a document.
-
Thanks everyone. You've definitely given me a lot to consider. Caroline...I might just have to do that. S&dn I'll pm you this evening when I get home and am on a computer. This phone is just too small to type a lot lol

what if we're not making extra income? The rent is just to pay the mtg. We don't want to use this house as a source of income. We want to sell but that's not possible right now. That's why we're hoping to do a lease purchase but will lease it if we can't find someone who wants to lp.

Thanks. He gave me the chore of calling companies. Lol
