that's always a double edged sword, my dear. media exposure makes us aware. lets us know what we need to be protecting our children/selves from. and it also gives ammunition to those who would use the information to harm us. sucks.

in all honesty, had it not been posted here, i would have probably never been aware of it. that being said, they're not my kids. i'd rather pay attention to my kids than search the internet looking for someone elses kids to be outraged over. i give a crap about the pageant/cheer/dance team girls. i'm not raising them, am not responsible for them, and my sons aren't dating them. i do think their parents should go ahead and rubber stamp them with 'future train wreck' or 'daddy issues', just to save the rest of the world some time and heartache.

yes, i can do this at the powder spring post office. i already have the forms, and the picture, and his old passport, and the signed consent form that had to be overnighted to iowa for his father to sign. just can't get a damn appt at the powder springs post office. have to go get my tags anyway. need info about the paulding county passport office.

anyone know if this is the lady who handles passports at the paulding county court house? i've been calling the published number for three days. i press 5, when prompted, to reach passports and notary services. never once has a live person answered this phone, in the three days i've been calling it. i'ev limited my voicemail messages to one per day, however, i do pick up th ephone and call about once an hour. just hoping someone will pick it up..... i need a passport for my kid. i took tomorrow afternoon off to go get my new tag anyway. would like to kill two birds with one ston
