How about a road that improves your commute

I guess the best part of the equation is that the monies will come from sales tax, which won't affect only the residents of Cobb county. everyone who shops in Cobb will be on the hook for paying. as it should be. the great part is that each citizen, regardless of where they live, has a choice to fund the projects they'd like too.....by shopping in the county that they'd like to support. pc folks who travel this road will more than likely spend a dime or two in Cobb county while they're there. they don't have to. but neither do you. you can shop in Paulding, or Douglas, etc. without asking f -

I guess this is why some stores ask for your zip code when you check out. I never thought it was to exclude a person from a certain county from paying an extra sales tax. I always thought it was for marketing purposes, like what areas to send out flyers and such in the mail. learn something new everyday. if its any consolation, I volunteer to give a Cobb county zip code when I shop in Cobb. sometimes I use those roads now that the windy-Mac connector is open. it's only fair for me to pay my share. -
I don't understand how the abuse has continued against the wife after she's left the marriage.... maybe the abuse against the daughter has continued? that's pretty sick, that the mother left the daughter with the father to continue to be abused. then again, at 23 years old, I wonder why the daughter hasn't left the relationship as well. the guy's a dick, that's for sure!

I just re-read your post, and I have a question....you state that PC isn't on the list of people who's sales tax will increase by 1%. does that mean that items bought in Cobb county by a Paulding county resident won't include the additional 1% tax? what if you chose to shop outside of Cobb. would you get to keep that 1%? -

we saw the truck pulling out of the Phoenix/Hiram station parking lot with a cop on his tail. 100 feet after they entered the roadway heading towards 278, the cop hit his bile lights and siren. instead of pulling over, the dumb ass decided to run. we watched the cop chase him across 278, onto bill carruth... we turned right on 278, and saw another cop headed toward the chase from halfway to the quick trip. pg and I laughed at the dumb ass for trying to outrun the radio. on our way back through about an hour ago, we wondered how far he made it.

I had my eyebrows done in the living room, during my lunch break, 5 years ago. no numbing at all. didn't hurt too bad, and I was back to work right afterward.

happens to me too. also, I find myself reaching up to push my glasses further up on the bridge of my nose, when I'm not wearing them. -
I don't often wear makeup. but on occasion, I do wear eyeliner (lowerlid). I use the pencil kind, its red. maybe cover girl? it comes in a twin pack with a sharpener. I've never had a problem with smearing or smudging, unless I rubbed my eye.

well, it wouldn't be drunksgiving without a trashcan turkey. or you and your hubby. plan on spending the night Wednesday thru Saturday.

we do costumes. you either have to be an Indian or a pilgrim. contstruction paper hats make the difference. also, the centerpiece is a pine cone decorated as a turkey. again, with construction paper feathers. we've recently renamed it, "drunksgiving".
