We have a pre-fab Heatilator fireplace that needs the firebox panels replaced. Any recommendations about who I can call to get this done? TIA!

My sister had to have her windshield replaced last year and her insurance company referred her to Safe-Lite. It took them 3 times to finally get it installed correctly where it didn't leak! I've heard other people complain about them, too.

I second Jiffy Glass. We've used them several times and have always been pleased.

We have alot of them in our yard, too. They also eat mosquitoes. That's a big plus!!!!

Hubby and I walk 4 miles every morning on the Silver Comet. We see alot of women walkiing alone with earbuds on and listening to music. It really sucks but you shouldn't do this. You need to be aware of everything around you. I'm constantly looking behind us when we walk to make sure no one is sneaking up on us. We try to pick areas to walk that are pretty populated, too.

I pay online through Regions Bank and there's no service charge. It's also paid and credited to my account on the day I specify which is usually the due date of the bill unless that day falls on a Holiday, Saturday or Sunday. A $3.00 service charge to pay by phone or online at their website is ridiculous!!

A friend of mine is starting chemo on Friday. She wants to get some wigs and other kinds of head wear. I know there used to be a store in Hiram near where Aldi is that sold accessories for cancer patients. Does anyone know if they're still in business and where they are. If not, any suggestions? We know Kennestone Hospital has a place but we were hoping to find someplace closer. TIA!

This is key! My hubby is a diabetic and has been for years. He is insulin dependent. Last July he decided he was tired of taking 210 units of insulin per day so he joined Weight Watchers and began walking 4-6 miles per day. He is down 58 pounds and his insulin is down to 25 units per day. His doctor told him in another 25 pounds or so he can probably come completely off of the insulin. He is controlling his blood sugar levels with diet and exercise.

Our neighbor had to go there last Tuesday morning and she said it was very nice and they got great care.

Ours was deposited yesterday so it took 1 week and 1 day.

We filed electronically last Wednesday and haven't received our refund yet.

No, at 278 it's East Hiram Pkwy. When you turn there and go up to Rosedale if you turn left on Rosedale the first road on your right is now where Cleburne Pkwy begins. I would think the apartments behind Aldi and Racetrac are now East Hiram Pkwy but don't know that for sure.

The old part of the road is still Cleburne Pkwy. It begins now at Rosedale and takes the same route it always took from that point. Does that make sense??

I agree. If you have to leave anything valuable in your car lock it in the trunk out of sight.

Yeah, she also told me I would see "prorated amounts" on my next bill and it may be lower than what I'm expecting. Sounds like that's what's happened on your bill.

I changed to this plan yesterday and the person I talked to at the AT&T store told me it takes 2-3 billing cycles for everything to shake out and appear correctly on your bill. Why?? She didn't know and that makes no sense to me but we'll see. If this is for real my monthly bill for 4 lines w/smartphones and 1 basic phone with just talk & text will be about $150.00 less than what I was paying. We'll see if that actually happens.
