We tried to get Jason to give us a quote on a tree removal about 2 years ago and never could get them out here. I'm glad now that we didn't. We were late planting this year so ours is just starting to take off. We've picked a few cherry tomatoes. Squash is about 3 inches long, several green tomatoes on the Better Boy & Homestead plants. Peppers are blooming but no fruit yet.

The $32.00 8 year license just started on Wednesday. The lady told us that's all they offer now for all regular licenses. Hubby is 66 and that's what he got. Also, we weren't charged any extra for using our credit card. I'm looking at our receipt and it was $32.00.

No, you can pay cash, debit or credit card. There's also an option to put your blood type on your license. I don't remember that being on there before.

We went to Cedartown this morning to renew hubby's license. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Found out that as of yesterday all regular licenses are $32.00 but they're for 8 years. Also, the office in Dallas will be opening on June 21.

We use Dr. Tharp and he's always booked months out. If we're sick and need to be seen we are able to see one of the NP's. We book our routine appointments with Dr. Tharp about 3 months ahead of time.

Our mechanic told us the check engine light is almost always emission related. As long as the car is running fine it's okay to keep driving it. It won't pass emissions with that light on but it doesn't hurt anything to drive the car with it on. Our son drove his with the light on for almost a year because they couldn't figure out what was making it come on. Every code that came up was repaired but the light kept coming on. He finally traded the car. It was still running great but that darned light was still on. LOL!

My goddaughter and her husband live in Magnolia Creste and have for 3 years. He's a deputy for Paulding County and they've never had any problems there as far as I know.

I still can't figure out why they built that nice new hospital and there's no labor and delivery floor. I think all of the other Wellstar hospitals have them.

Ours jumped almost 40% from last year!! Hubby turned 65 so we figured they bumped it up to recoup the cut we'll see in school taxes. LOL!
