I'm less internet and more books. Real ones, not those crappy digital ones.
-
They usually have gobs of those. I'm sure they will be along directly to answer you.
-
They should think about buying a Commerce Membership Edited by Opie as a way of agreeing with you!

Happy New Year. Hope you're doing well. Come see us.

Jimmy will be happy you enjoyed them. Just leave your other half at home and come see me. He can't spend money if he's not there. Speaking of, I do need to alert him to a potential investment I know about. -

The 14 of you that have posted your code (I think I counted them all) have a great chance of winning. Those are great odds. Of the 60 I sent out only 5 of them have posted their codes. -

I had over 50 cards dropped off to me. Not one person came to see me in that two week period. So just before Christmas I sent out all of them. Only two or three (I need to scroll back through and look)and posted their codes. Go figure. -

I looked again and I was mistaken. Sorry. I hope someone gets your card soon. -
I made a small lasagna in a loaf pan with italian sausage and some plain ground pork and fresh mozzarela. A chopped salad with grape tomatoes and dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I sliced half a crunchy baguette length wise and coated it with a compound butter of fresh garlic, rosemary, basil and oregano and toasted it. YUM.

I'll make collards and peas for me (J is a Yankee and doesn't know what's good) and I'll probably bake a ham for him. And if he's sweet I'll make some home made mac n cheese.

Then I must be ancient. I bought my Kitchen Aid stand mixer when I was 25 years old. I LOVE IT. -
And I know you agree with me that the best real estate attorney is Amee Davis. I can't say enough wonderful about her. I do not like closing anywhere else.
-
Her office is on the south side of Dallas Highway just beyond the intersection with Due West. www.davislawga.com And yes, letting the buyer choose is not always a bad thing. But if you find yourself needing a great real estate attorney, she's the one.
-
Call Davis and Associates, 770-426-5440. Amee Davis will take good care of you. She is my preferred closing attorney. I believe the last cash closing was around $1,200. She can usually do those within seven to 10 days. Maybe sooner if you've got everything together. Good luck.

A notary can witness the signatures, but who is going to research and prepare the title? Who is going to record the deed? If your buyer has a lender, you will be forced to use an attorney as the attorney will represent the lender at closing. If you have a buyer and you don't wish to pay their closing costs, you don't have to. Why would you not use an attorney? If there is no lender involved most attorneys will do this for under $1,000. That's a few hundred dollars worth of piece of mind if you ask me.

J and I bought ourselves a blu ray player. It doesn't work so we will return that today. -

Check your inbox. I swore you were one of the ones I had. I could be wrong but I thought I sent your number. -
+1000. I detest the gift portion. I bought two things. A GC for my Dad since he is hosting dinner and a BluRay player for me and J. I'd rather have the gift of laughter and food with those that wish to join us.

He is actually a very nice guy. I have two friends that are close to him. One is the costumer for the Idols tour and she adores him. And she doesn't care for most people. He is not a bad person.
-
Because a large majority of people can't handle a person different than them.
-
That advertising method does make sense to me. Used cars, snake oil it's all the same.
-
I like him. He is a great singer and performer.

I just sent out almost sixty numbers. No one came to see me so I figured I would be nice and send out the numbers on all the cards I had here. Check your PM boxes. You might have something waiting on you. -
My clients that have used them have raved about them. I'm glad to see another satisfied customer. They are nice folks.

BINGO. And all my goose stepping conservative voting colleagues just fawn all over the board but they'll scream how unions have ruined this country. NAR and it's local chapters exist to protect their members not the public.
