Yup it sure did, I drove to my friends to check on her and there were some trees down and someone lost the building they park their RV in. Didn't look like damage to homes but it was dark and I wasn't really looking. I did stop to ask if people were ok when I saw them wandering around. No police or rescue were out there yet. Someone was looking for her mom, orange sunfire or something. She was missing

yup Buchanan Circle is probably about a 5 minute walk from Roses...depending what part of Buchanan Circle oh and its all clear now. I guess they didn't have to do anything to the power because we had no interruptions

tree blew over. It actually looks lower when you are near it than it actually looks in the pictures...or something. I guess it was sparking and all so the fire department came out. Then the police came out so the fire department filled their truck with water (?) and left. Possibly on another call because their sirens were going. I think they are waiting for the power company to come out and cut the power?

on the power lines....so if you are turning onto Buchanan Circle you may want to drive slow so you don't hit the tree.

lol I'm so lost on the weather. They were saying storms for earlier this afternoon (I thought) and now it seems tonight....or does it? I thought it was getting windy earlier. The weather seems to change so fast lately.

I have to say I agree with this. Our septic tank is about 6ft from our house as well. House was built in 2000. Also, when the builders (or whoever) put in the plumbing, the knocked a hole through the foundation (to run the pipe in from outside) and never filled the hole in so over the course of 10 years, water has been coming in and slowly filling up each cinder block until recently when our basement/garage area started flooding non stop. Grr! You'd think an inspector would have noticed that when the house was being built.

Whoops. I hate it when my junk tips over like that.
