That's a double edged sword when your house sells that quick! When we moved here from Cobb, our house sold within a week of putting it on the market. We did not expect that at all. We settled and I regret it. I do love my home, but it would not have been my first pick had we more time to look. I wish you and your fam the best in finding your new dream home!
