Smart balance products are awesome. We only buy fat free milk and mainly only eat chicken. Don't be fooled by buying ground turkey bc you can get leaner ground beef. My weakness is bacon. I love it, can eat a whole plate of it. I must have bacon in the fridge 24/7, so that is my one horrible dish. Most definitely! Mrs. Dash is great, and comes in different flavors. Sam's has a huge container of it. My dr told me I was too young to have this problem & if I didn't change my diet & start exercising I would have to depend on meds for the rest of my life I'm tall, 5'10 & weighed more than I should have..lol. I'll tell you, putting on weight is soooooooooooooooo easy, and I'm lazy so getting it off is hard. This all happened three years ago. I've been a SAHM now for 2 years (since the big lay off) and have been putting the weight back on, but nothing like before. Sheesh.

You know, I never got a chance to read your post, but yup, happened to me too. My dr at first thought I was going through early menopause before I went in for tests. I'm 36. My bp was so high and I was fat too. I lost over 50lbs and completely changed my diet. I haven't had any problems with my bp since the diet change. A great thing to buy is Mrs. Dash, it's yummy and salt free.

have you ever donated clothing or household items to Nspire? They will come to pick it up from your front porch. It goes to the homeless. We donate all the time, even if it's just a bag of clothes.. I do have two growing kids.

I had a REALLY bad experience as well. I went in for what I thought was a UTI. They gave me a urine pregnancy test which they said was positive but wouldn't let me see it. So I asked for a blood test. There are two parts to the blood test, they said the first part was also positive & had to send the second part off. After 5 days I finally had to call another office to call them with my results. Wanna know what the result was? Not pregnant. Um, huh?

I bought a big rubbermaid bucket and put the special pieces in it. Of course this was my first child and I thought everything she did was PFM. I have a smaller box for my lil one, but it's mostly filled with pieces of artwork & 'love letters' from her many admirers, lol. I do like Skye's idea of a book and the gift wrap! Hey, what about asking her if she wants to donate some of her pieces to brighten the day of some patients at the nursing home?? I just love those people.
