I was wondering about it as well. I passed it on Ridge last night about 8:30. -
my daughter is a senior there.. she said someone threw a match in the trashcan. But earlier in the day she said a teacher asked her science teacher if they were burning anything in the lab bc she smelled smoke in the burgundy hall...

Cleaning up Paulding County Streets

I agree, the amount of cigarette butts is DISGUSTING. I don't care if you don't have an ashtray in your car, don't throw your NASTINESS in the road. My MOTHER threw her straw paper out of my car window a few months ago from Chickfila. I stopped and made her pick it up. I had the "I'm so disappointed in you" talk. -
I don't know if we are dressing up this year as a couple. I dressed up for work the year before last as Tippy Hedren in the Birds.. it was hilarious. Driving into work was the best though. I bought a wig and the birds came from Michaels. It was awesome!!!

Have you read any of Rita Mae Brown? Cute lil mysteries. -
the one that has the same name as the major 4 lane through the county?? I think there were more, but I'm not sure. I'm more of a fb kind of girl these days.

I'm not sure if it's still there or not.

funny you started this thread.. I was looking through my photobucket account and saw some guy's picture in there that I didn't recognize.. It was diehard. Does anyone remember that fool??

I won't eat bread that is smashed. Not even with a little dent in it. I'll feed it to the dogs or the cat. Plus, when making a sandwich, the crusts have to match. A new thing that I've discovered recently: I vomit in my sleep. This morning was the second time (that I know of). I have crazy, vivid dreams and can remember gagging but didn't notice until I got up & drank my first cup of coffee. Last time I noticed it when I was in the shower getting ready for work. So gross bc I don't even wake up. Sleep over anyone????

yup, she did say that, but you know how some folks are!! LOL!

Movies: Amelie is my favorite movie, it's French. Soooo good. Lars & the Real Girl Away We Go was cute.. and you can't go wrong with a) anything with Cary Grant b)any western with John Wayne or the Quiet Man c) Hitchcock. Books: I love Jon Krakauer. I love Dan Brown. I love Kurt Eichenwald, he wrote Conspiracy of Fools & the Informant. The Informant was a little slow, but Conspiracy of Fools is my favorite book, it's about the downfall of Enron, but I swear it's not as boring as it sounds. -
I've had to deal with bad kids in the neighborhood as well. I'm just surprised you weren't blasted on here like I was for not going to speak with the neighbor. How do you approach the parent & tell them their kid sucks? Good for you on calling the po-po.

happy thoughts your way! Here's to a healthy baby & for you to have an easy delivery!

maybe you should have told them to stick the water hose in a hole & money would come out.
-
oh my gawd. Don't get me started. I do not come from an educated family, but it took my father to tell my college educated husband it's not a good idea to stick the water hose in a yellow jacket's nest. some things they just don't teach in kolledge. That could have ended ugly, but thanks to my uneducated father, no one was hurt.

My sister is also O and can't eat any gluten... hmmm..

I feel just horrible for her. Can you imagine finding out your loved one killed themselves like that? How very sad. In the interview she just sounds like the most normal person ever. She admits she doesn't know what she's going to do, doesn't have a plan and is just a wreck emotionally. I hope she finds peace.

thanks! They are the best. I have one who must touch me at all times. He loves everyone in the house but if they call him to come to you he will run and jump in my lap. Sometimes I act like I hate it...but I really LOVE it. Bostons are wonderful dogs, mine have absolutely no manners though. They are high energy but not a jogging partner (which I keep telling dh I need a partner so I can start ) My next dog must be a vizsla, shepherd or golden.. or all three lol! *edited..tried to type on only 1/2 cup of coffee..
