I saw a guy on the news yesterday who was arrested for leaving a baby in the car while he went into a barber shop, I think it was. And the weird part was that he was wearing a hat and long overcoat buttoned from hem to collar.

The only consequence there seems to be for this, is a dead child. Most people get a slap on the wrist and are told to go forth and sin no more. What a crock. People are idiots and until strong punishment is consistantly meted out, it won't change. Parents/caregivers will continue to be thoughtless and self centered and kids will continue to die. It makes me sick.

I sent you a PM with all the intel I've learned today. Before today, I thought a knife was just an instrument to cut something else, boy was I wrong. I know more about knives then I ever even considered. He really did his homework.

OMG, apparently I only need to cut things with a spoon from now on. Hubby gave me these knives as an early b'day present because I made bread today and he wanted to try out the bread knife. Weeeeeeell, I used a thin, plastic cutting board and the knife went through the bread, the cutting board right into the butcher block island top. I'm going to get wooden cutting boards tomorrow. Ya' think?! :lol: When it finally quit bleeding, but it still hasn't healed....whats up with that????

The link finally came up. If people have the money and want to help this lady, more power to 'em. I just hope she's on the up and up and is really going to use the money for the said purpose. I'm not sure it's 'begging' either. She told her story, asked for donations and seems to be thanking the ones that are contributing. If people don't want to see this type of 'fund raising', don't go to the website, I've never even heard of it.

I can't get the link to work. However, I'm VERY careful who and what I give my money to. But if someone is begging for whatever reason, no matter how ridiculous I think it is, if someone decides to send money, it's all them and doesn't effect me at all. Why would I care? It's just like all the people who sent money to that baby murderer and now they want their money back because it looks like he left him in the car on purpose. I can't imagine randomly asking for money and having someone actually sending it. People are nuts.

Ever since this happened, every single time I get into my HOT, HOT car, even after 15 minutes in 90 degree heat, I think about what that poor baby must have gone through in the hours he was alive, roasting in that car. And another thing, if I'm going to 'sext' with anyone, they're going to at least be attractive. What crazy cow of a broad would want pics of this guys man parts? Personally, Hubby is very attractive, takes great care of himself and of me and I don't even want pics of his man parts. ACK!!
