  1. No, no. It is NEVER catsup. Always ketchup. IMO.
  2. Stars and Strikes on 92. starsandstrikes.com/starsandstrikes/DallasPoker.aspx
  3. This is exactly where the 'animals' comparisons come from. 'They are acting like animals', in civilized minds, only an animal would do something like this. These people have been repeatedly warned, they BROKE in, stole and now they will probably die as well as anyone who comes into contact with the items they stole. What, besides acting like an animal, would explain this?
  4. I wonder where any of us would be if there had never been growth in rural communities. That's where growth normally occurs because there's nothing there, you can't grow a giant city, it's already grown. Growth isn't the evil here, it's having the wrong people in charge of the growth that causes the problem. Would we better off with no New York City, Los Angeles, Atlanta? All of these places were rural at one time and they grew into what they've become. If there's land to be had, people are going to buy it, develop it and try to make money off of it. It's the American way an always has been. Th
  5. It's ignorance as well. They took fluid stained and soaked towels, sheets, and mattresses of Ebola victims. WTH? But remember, looters aren't bad people, their victims of their circumstances. That's what I hear anyway.
  6. OMG, I thought the exact same thing! Their down trodden and destitute too, don't forget that.
  7. An your opinion is correct because..................................................................
  8. I agree with you 100%. What is it teaching kids when you tell them to ask for a hand out, instead of doing a carwash, bake sale or anything else? And it's true, I don't have to give, but when a kid is in the middle of the street chanting and waving a bucket, it does effect me. It's dangerous and an accident waiting to happen. I was on 278 last year and there was a gymnastics team wanting to go somewhere and they were doing backflips and cartwheels in the median in front of Rite-Aid, while there mothers/guardians hooted and hollared from the side of the road. REALLY?! I'll give you money for a
  9. 866 years from now? I'll be sure to mark the calendar and practice my duck and cover.
  10. I agree and it's very suspect that there is no cell phone video of this shooting. There is cell phone footage of EVERYTHING, you can't walk out to get the mail without someone having a camera. And shouldn't the police have some kind of recording device, whether it's audio or video? Do the police have video and it's shows exactly what the witnesses say and he was down with his hands up and he was shot over and over again and that's wjy they aren't releasing it or the findings of the ME? Or does cell phone video of someone show exactly what the police said happened, and they guy was trying to ge
  11. Character assassination? REALLY? Sowing a pic of a guy robbing and assaulting a shop keeper is character assassination. HHHHMMMMMM!!!!!! http://www.nbcnews.com/storyline/michael-brown-shooting/michael-browns-family-accuses-police-character-assassination-n181841 Yep, he's a huge proponent of decent behavior and he has caught He!! for it.
  12. I think that there's a place on 92 next to Caped Crusaders office, Brite Way. It's right at Anitoch on the right coming from Hiram.
  13. I will thanks. But I wonder if the people who actually need to see this and heed his words will see them or listen if they do.
  14. W-O-W-I-E Z-O-W-I-E!!! He's my hero for the day and tomorrow too! Hubby and I have talked more than once about this very thing. How do young black men feel that don't act a fool getting a bad rep by those who do. I guess we don't have to have that concersation anymore because now we know! That's a refreshing video for sure!
  15. Yep. Sure is. And this is one reason this topic wasn't about the shooting, but the LOOTING afterward. Are there bad cops? Yep. But who believed for one moment that this cop shot an innocent boy from 30 ft away multiple times without provocation? I've heard that he was on the ground with his hands on his head. Was he? I don't know. I've heard that he was scuffling with the officer for the gun. Was he? I don't know. Was he a thug and a robber? Seems like it according to his accomplice. Regardless of the cicumstance, the looting was done by thieves, plain and simple.
  16. But unless you flaunt you circumstances, they wouldn't know. Unfortunately, I do believe some people try to make a point or a stand of some kind to draw attention to themselves and then it usually goes nowhere but downhill for the kids.
  17. It still has nothing to do with looting. NOTHING.
  18. I don't believe that is true. I've been in PC for 18 years and twice within the first 4 years we lived here, there were serious fires on our street, one directly across from us. Besides the fire trucks and police, volunteer vehicles were too many to count. Trucks and cars were everywhere because the volunteers came running when called from wherever they were. This happened both times.
  19. He was my daughters friend they went to school together and kept in touch. RIP young man. WAAAAAAY to young, I feel for his mother.
  20. Seems that way, doesn't it? I wonder if a neighbor was disgruntled with the police for some perceived wrong that didn't effect them directly, started robbing and burning houses in their neighborhood, I guess that would be OK too. They were down trodden and desperate, that would explain it. Maybe when it's your house burning, or your big screen TV walking out the front door, the song would be a little different.
