  6. It is funny, who would have thought! Heck, at this point she may have to play with it in the yard!!! Not part of the plan I might add!!!!! FINALLY!! It's in, but it's going to have to stay in the living room because it won't make the turn in the hallway. Oh well, at least it looks good!!!!!!!!!!!!! We're good, finally in the house. Several banged up knuckles and forearms but we're in!! WOOHOO!!!
  7. Thank you for posting this! I think the camera with these pix is in 911 daughters car at work.
  8. She's not little, she's 9 and almost as tall as I am. She's special needs and the little kid kitchens were too small. We saw this on Pintrest and made one for her. This is the only thing she asked for.
  9. Oh Lord..................we can't get it into the house!!!!! Hubby and 2 others have been trying for 30 minutes, front stairs back stairs. OH MYYYYY!!!!!!! :o
  10. Love the Odd Couple. LOVE jack Klugman! RIP Dr. Quincy!
  11. Thank you! We are so excited to give it to her!!
  12. I hope these pics post because I'm not very successful in this department. A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO HUBBY, HE DID THE BEST JOB E-V-E-R! I told him how I wanted it and as usual, he delivered in a really big way!!! I have 3 more that I haven't loaded yet, one of a beautiful picture tranquility made for my granddaughter that says 'Welcome to my Kitchen' that we hung on the outer side. It's on a different camera so I'll try to get that one done ASAP. The tall one is my granddaughters and the small yellow and pink one is the one we made for our neighbor. Notice the flowers, faucet, stove knobs, a
  13. My grandkids love this pic!! Thanks for posting it!
  14. 911 daughter worked last year on Christmas eve on kept reporting on strange activities up high in the atmosphere, like the man in the red suit dropping bags of gifts and leaving suspicious packages all over the place. I think they will be monitoring for any strange activities this year as well. We love Paulding 911!!
  15. Sounds like the best gift ever. I'm happy he's doing better!!
  16. My sister passed in November or 2007, a week before her birthday and the beginning of the holiday season. It's always tough, but for whatever reason, the past month has been especially hard for me. I have been to her house since she died maybe 5 times and I needed to go yesterday to pick up a space heater, it almost killed me. My brother-in-law has seemed so lost since her death and her house has no life in it since shes been gone. It's funny because people don't understand how this can still effect me so much. But it does and I miss her so much sometimes it actually hurts my heart. I try
  17. Academy had no 9mm yesterday when we were there, don't know about 7.62 x 39, we've got plenty of that, luckily.
  18. No kiddin', especially when little kids are involved. Me, Me, Me seems to be the theme of the day.
  19. I put one in and started another one, but I realized that I seem to just cook things from memory and not so much the recipe. So, I have to pay attention to what I'm doing, write what I do down and then I'll add a couple more.
  20. Hubby, I and 5th grader are in Kennesaw shopping this morning and are watching the funeral procession of the 24 year old fallen officer from Clayton county. My heart is breaking, there are so many police cars and there are fire engines with their ladders extended across the road in honor. While majestic, it's heart wrenching.
  21. THANK YOU! :clapping: Once again, THANK YOU!
  22. I bought nothing that big this year, but you've done my heart good simply because you have offered to do this!!
  23. Than don't watch the news. I haven't spent all my time pining or watching the news because I have a life as well, but to gripe about 'inconvenience' about this particular situation, is reprehensible. I don't know about you, but ANY inconvenience I have ever experienced hasn't included having to deal with the loss of a child. And quite honestly I wouldn't give a flying rats a$$ if the subject inconvenienced ANYBODY. You sound like an ignorant, heartless buffoon to even bring up the subject. 'OOOOHHHH, I'm soooo inconvenienced that the news is covering the massacre of 26 people, and now I can't
  24. Inconvenienced? SERIOUSLY!?! How exactly have YOU been INCONVENIENCED by 26 people, 20 of them kids, being mowed down in their school? You're telling me that a minute of silence out of respect for these families, is going to irritate people? If someone is 'irritated or inconvenienced' by one minute of silence, then they aren't worth considering anyway.
