Okay people. I've got to tell you all about these wonderful people on PCOM!!! Sew it Seams is going to help me out big time. If any of you out there can sew and would like to donate to the AMC society let me tell you, they can use them. I went there to get a wig and they had probably about 100 to choose from. Almost all were the same color and style. They only had a couple baseball caps and a few hats. They had a big box of headbands that some sweet soul had made but I couldn't see any use for them for a bald woman. From what I have learned, the nearest AMC is in Cobb Cty, Kennesaw.

Thanks Anita, I did come into your store and shall return to pick up at least one of your great head wears, for lack of better word. But with the loss of my job due to this I am going to try and get a couple made for a little bit cheaper. Your were an inspiration and gave me some great ideas and we had some wonderful laughs together. When I came home that afternoon I walked into the house and told my hubby that this is all they had, I was wearing that awful blue fuzzy thing!!! Ladies if you could make these to donate, I know there is a need out there. The ACS had some wigs but not much in t

Get this! You can not get Radiation Therapy in Paulding County. BUT Cobb Wellstar has TWO locations. Not at Douglas Wellstar either. Your choices are, Cobb or Carrollton as the two closest locations. Thanks Wellstar!!! Okay finished with vent..... It will be nice to have a larger hospital in Paulding.

When the food went down hill so did the customers. Started to become more of a bar than a restaurant. JMHO We would go out of our way to avoid parking near them when we picked up carry out at the other places nearby.

Thanks everyone! I've tried to pay for the first heart surgery and thought I could do it. But now B.C. and it's gonna be a long haul and I know I can't do it financially.

I've had two major surgeries and will be doing some expensive chemo. therapy very soon followed by radiation. Still trying to pay for the first surgery. I've been told not to return to work for about 6 mos. I've tried unemployment and that doesn't work for me as I am self employed. Tried Social Security but they said had to wait a year. Does anyone know who to call for assistance in paying for hospital bills? We have great insurance but the percent we have to pay and the co-pay are a real problem. Some agencies will pay for drugs but are not helpful with co-pay. Any advice would be helpful.

Hmmm, try sleeping at a Holiday Inn and see if the answer comes to you in the morning. Don't mind me, I'm in a mood today. Do you think it's perhaps because you consumed something high in sodium? Tomato ketchup, worchestersire sause, soy sauce???? That would be my guess.

It's sounds fantastic. I always giggle when people include catfish in a seafood buffet.

Got notice of property value change today

I really don't need this right now!! Mine went up 21,000 dollars which is a complete joke. The house across from us is now with HUD and hasn't sold and the one next to us is close to being uninhabitable because it has sat for so damn long. -
TV show about messy houses with local family
PauldingMom replied to thedeanfurkids's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I like this show but most of the time it makes me mad in the end. These people are just generally lazy. I can understand if they have physical conditions or got stuck with extra family moving in quickly but most of the time it's just some people who didn't bother to Clean House. I want someone to come in to my well maintained house and put in new floors and furniture for free. Do I have to be a slob in order to qualify? -
Contact the Shell station on Ridge road. They have a big empty paved lot next to the station. Perhaps they will allow you to set up.

God needed an Angel. Rest is peace sweet baby.

This show has morphed into something I don't think Jon was ready for. I don't think it's what he signed up for. I don't think Jon and Kate's relationship has changed much. He knew she was a bossy boss boss when he married her the first time and the second time. They need some time to see where their relationship has gone and with 8 kids, and the demands of the show, books, and tours they haven't had the time. Additionally they haven't made that commitment to each other. Time to halt----take a good hard look----------tell the world to back off and just be Jon and Kate plus 8. I don't see

Love the 2010 Camaro? Want to be a star?
PauldingMom replied to gpatt0n's topic in Paulding County NEWS
I do not want to be the first to drive the 2010 Camaro, but this guy I married 25 years ago certainly would! Don't get me wrong, I think for myself it would be awesome, but for him it would be a dream come true. See when I meet this young man many moons ago he was the proud owner of a 1972 Camaro. We drove that beauty all over the place. Good times!! We took it on our first date, Prom, Wrigley Field, camping, drive in movies, everywhere. Which was fine with me because I owned a pretty sad GMC Hornet. He kept that car in perfect shape. We spent hours washing, waxing and polishing his
