+subby1
You, my community, my customers and many of you, my friends will remain on the TOP of my priority list. I have been fortunate enough to land small engine work from a certain company in Atlanta who employees around 1,000 people. It's my hope that this will help me earn the capital I need to expand my operations and possibly purchase or rent a large shop right here in Hiram, so that I won't be bound by the limits I have working from my own garage at home. Having said that, no matter how many corporate accounts I net, you have my word that my regular Paulding customers will continue to come first and foremost. I will continue to provide you with quality work at unbeatable rates. Just give me a call first, then I can give you a fairly accurate estimate on the cost of the repair, and most of all, I'll know to be here when you show up. Being a one man operation, I do have to go out and purchase parts from time to time, so I'm not always here. Calls and appointment times are necessary for now, anyway. That's all I have to say about that. And THANK YOU ALL for your business, especially my repeat customers. You folks ROCK!!! And my reward will always be your satisfaction~~ And don't forget- pick up and delivery is also available in the evenings, and generally runs $20 each way within a certain radius...Hiram and East Dallas, as well as south Paulding (those of you who have Douglasville addresses, but are still fairly close to my shop). +subby1
Thanks guys (and gals). I should note that my second mechanic has been a tremendous help to me. He does great work, and generally handles equipment along the lines of ATV's (4-wheelers), motorcycles, and things that are not just lawn mowers. He also does good mower work too when I get too jammed up to meet deadlines. His name is James, and he just graduated small engine repair school with a high GPA. Good guy, and I'm happy to have him on board with me. Some of you may be dealing directly with him on ATV's and motorcycles, but he adheres to the same policy I have always embraced- good work without a hefty labor bill. All of the work he performs for me goes through me first before the customer is called to pick it up, so there is no problem with quality control. But most everything I insepct that he does meets or exceeds my expectations.
