However, talented work I think she probably put it on a black shirt because the GT fabric she is using has black in it, not navy. In fact, all of the GT fabric I have is Gold and Black!!! The manufacturer of the fabric paid Ga Tech royally for use of the logo, etc. The person who purchases the material with the logo is not in jeopardy of infringement when they purchase the material. You can do with it and sell it as you please. When you embroidery a bee, elephant, tiger, etc, etc on a shirt or whatever, as long as it is not an attempt to copy the exact replica of what the particular university has as their mascot, you can use it. (Of course, I know I am not telling you anything you do not already know.) Okie Dokie, I will get the long sleeve. I can sell this and put it at the craft show. I am alos doing Ga.
