It is. My husband is working in NC, but I talked with him briefly after we learned who died (he left this afternoon and just got to his place there). I told him who died. He knew just who I meant. It's a sad thing.

It's difficult to watch if you don't have a child in the service of our country. I can't imagine how heartbreaking it would be if you currently do, or if you've lost a child in service. It's heartbreaking, and even though it's a TV drama, it's very real to lots and lots of folks. My heart breaks for them. I cannot imagine. I still like the show. But I'm not very happy with how they handled this. It's ugly. And in my mind, insensitive.
