I didn't hate it when AL did his butcher-job. It was...unique. Just like him. I just have a preference for the original version, and the artist wrote and performed it. And of course, AL has gone on to make such a HUGE name in "music," right? I don't think Scotty will win, but I like him when he performs, and he's long since shown he's NOT "just another Josh Turner." And the real JT is a grounded family man. I respect his family attitude, and his commitment to his faith.

Rising Fuel prices are starting to affect the economy

It makes me a bit sad for folks to make petty punch-points over something that will affect us ALL so directly. Or to pretend that it's just a "phase." -
Cool! My husband and I saw one like that a couple of weekends ago. I was thankful to be there when its light reached us. They are so cool to see!

Because I can, and want to. -
The competition really is tough this year! Tonight I think I liked Pia and Stefano best.

Thanks! Yeah, he does look a bit like Alfred E. Neuman!

My husband called and sent me on a hunt for that ONE piece of mail he just HAD to know if we'd gotten, and I missed him! What did he sing?

The outfit WAS hideous (What the hell was it? Bloomers with tights?), but her performance wasn't bad at all.

I thought Haley did a nice job with Janis.

I use ground turkey where others would use beef in all recipes. We actually like it better than beef. Turkey burgers made with crushed garlic, feta, and a little chopped fresh spinach are crazy good. Add whatever spices you like and cook on the grill. When you use turkey to make things like meatloaf, meatballs, and burgers, you do need to add egg and bread crumbs to get it to hold together properly.

Even before I stopped, I NEVER smoked in my car. A non-smoker can smell the smoke in your car (and on your clothes and in your house) even if you aren't a "stinky" smoker. I know this because I've been a non-smoker, then a smoker, and now again a non-smoker. Folks who think they don't smell when they smoke are only kidding themselves and other smokers!

I also won't confess to my number of purses or my pieces of jewelry. -
Trust me on this...if you smoke, people who don't can smell it the moment you come in the door. There isn't enough fresh air or mouthwash to make that go away!

Ain't gonna happen!! Suffice it to say, I could probably live my life without ever buying any more, but that's gonna happen about as much as I'm gonna say how many pairs I have! -
If it cost them more, they were doing it wrong. And, you can move down on nicotine content to ZERO. So, if it's the physical part that people have a hard time with, vaping WORKS. You are no longer pulling the poisons you get from "real" cigarettes into your lungs, you feel better, you breathe better, and best of all--YOU DON'T STINK! Recent pcom "reports" that vaping is harmful to bystanders are also inaccurate. It's not perfect, but it beats the HELL out of the real thing without even thinking about it. But to each his own. Anyone who wants to keep on with their stinky c

I work in Midtown. It usually takes me 45 minutes to an hour to get here. It's best to time your departure either before or after "rush hour." Keep in mind also that there are commuter buses that leave from Hiram about every 15 to 30 minutes between 5:20 am and 8:00 am every weekday. I often take the bus ( and a nap!) to and from Midtown, though lately I've been prefering to sleep a bit later and drive in after the rush. Good luck!
