Well tech I guess it is DH's plan because they are only getting it because he spent 25 years in the Navy and retired. Oh yeah and I'm sure we will be paying for it LOL I asked my FIL that is retired if his insurance changed/prices went up any because of ObamaCare and he said no. That is really the only thing that has affected me with it....And yes I do like that part. Added my kids were covered till age 21 anyway before the change. And now my oldest is no longer on my plan but he probably will be in the future.

I like the fact that my adult children can stay on the plan till age 26 if needed. Both of my sons will probably still be in college till that age if not longer.

No kidding. I paid 600 a month for an apartment 18 years ago. I like long term renters. I just finished with a renter who stayed in my house for 3 years and now have a new one for 4 years. They aren't bad people, they just fell on hard times and cant get a mortgage right now.

WOW! My daughter sprained her ankle yesterday at her soccer game. I was upset with myself because I gave away our crutches in MD before we moved. I would have been able to get her crutches today if I took her to the DR, they did give me a appt. Then I would have to go to some Durable Medical Equipment office to get them. DR is in Peachtree City and the Medical equipment place is in Newnan. Total cost would have been $12 co pay at DR and $11.50 for the crutches. Walgreens was $49 and I would not get refunded. So you know what I did? I went on Facebook and had 4 offers in less than an ho

OK so I had a thought. If my HOA has an outside company managing the sub, shouldn't they be the only ones that communicate with me about issues? I'm getting the impression from reading other posts in this thread that is what they were hired for....So the homeowners didn't have to do it. So I don't understand why they (HOA board members) are sending me emails and facebook PM's?!?!?!?!

Do you have a picture of it? My neighbor is painting all of her interior doors and staircase black. I would never go/do that extreme. It might be hot right now but I bet she will regret it in about 2 years max. NOOOOOOO, don't say that. LOL I am getting Platinum Pearl. Do you know what the color is of yours? Mine is black and white. I almost went with Absolute Black, which is pretty much solid black.
