I would go to the bank and get a loan if I didn't have the money to go see my son. LOL for real. My son was in BMT I paid my own way there without asking for a handout.

  3. One thing I have learned from Facebook. There are some CRAZY AF Moms that seriously need to let their sons go. They still think they are babies, buying them uniforms etc
  4. I saw that last week on Facebook rolled my eyes and moved on. The Code Pink they bothered me more when they were in my face.
  5. Get the App where you just take a picture of the ck and it is automatically deposited into your account. You don't even have to send the ck in.

  9. WRONG. It was harder for me to join as a woman back in the 80's....And many cant join now due to being overweight, tattoos and RX they are taking. "The Pentagon estimates that only one in four of today's youth are fit for military service." http://money.cnn.com/2013/05/15/news/economy/military-recruiting/

  12. I knew one that was discharged. I felt bad for him. He was married with 2 kids. Did nothing wrong was just in the wrong rate. They hit the E-5 bad............ Well they can go to school full time with Married E-5 BAH. So they can get the degree. Navy already did it. Won't affect them this time.
  13. I doubt they will have trouble finding work. They have BA degrees and many probably have a MBA if they are like Navy Officers. Maybe it is because they are in college..............A VET at age 18? HUH?
  14. The Navy did this a few years ago.....They were paid 6 months pay after separation.

  21. Well that is just silly. It would be way cheaper to cover the birth control than to cover a pregnancy and then the child after it is born. But wait the only thing they aren't covering is IUD's and the morning after pill. I wonder how many Google searches will be about how to make my own...Since all a morning after pill is is birth control pills. Well that didn't take long to find. http://plannedparenthood.tumblr.com/post/31158997995/substituting-the-morning-after-pill-with-birth-control

I cant get past this one. 39 kids OH MY! "Elizabeth Greenhill, born 1615, who had 39 children with her husband William Greenhill, gave birth to her last child, future London surgeon Thomas Greenhill, in 1669 at the age of 54, having conceived naturally." Facts about the conception of pregnancies in this age group can be difficult to
