A 20lb tank (grill size) holds about 4.5 gallons.

The juvenile system is broken.

I was there today including buying some other things my tank was filled and I was ready to go in 15 minutes.

Not sure about kerosene but the more folks that switch propane sellers the more competitive the prices will get, elrods is making over 10$ a tank.

These kids just wanted something for free.

Tractor Supply is now selling propane by the gallon. For the last few years I have used elrods or the old guy next to rino shield on 120. A few weeks ago I discovered tractor supply will fill your 20lb tanks and only charge you for gallons pumped. Today I went up there to fill an empty tank. The tank took 4.4 gallons. Total cost $8.76 which included tax. It looks like they are marking up the market price only slightly. Today's price $1.99 a gallon. What a deal!

What about the people that work 12 to 14 hours a day. I never had a job where I only had to work 8 hours a day. One year in my working life my overtime surpassed my regular salary. How about 12 hours in a boiler room.

My son bought a 3 year old house that had "Rag" advertising stickers all over the unit. Shortly after moving in the heat quit working. When the front of the unit was removed the reason was apparent. The installer used a #12 wirenut to connect the heat. The inside of the unit was black from soot, lucky the house never burned down.

Well, I came in to try the chicken. I ordered the #1 to go. It was lunch time and pretty busy and a lot of take out orders. I saw four or five take outs waiting for pickup. After I waited 15 minutes or so. A customer came in to pick up an order and after a brief conversation the owner took two boxes out of her bag. He then took them back to the kitchen and came out with my order. When I got to the car I checked the order. The fries and toast were soggy and cold and the chicken was cold. I wanted hot and fresh. I am positive he gave me one of the orders (that sat on the counter for 1

It has AC "cold". I thought I heard that there was a law that prohibited using a camper for guests.

I have some guests coming in for the holiday. Is it legal for them to sleep in my camper?

oh boy, here come property tax assesments....
Shagnastey replied to FreeBird's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Down 15k, I fought them for 3 years and always won. I guess they do not wish to BATTLE this year. -
Back in 2007 alot of assessments were reduced. That was the time for the county to jump in and raise your Land Value and decrease your Building Value. Not many folks noticed because the state was still funding your total tax liability. I believe it was back in 2008 the county broke out Outdoor Items (concrete, fences, sheds etc.) and gave them a value. They didn't raise assessments they just deducted this amount from your Building Value and left the Land Values the same. Now this year although many have seen drastic reductions in their overall assessment some have seen a reduction in Land
