Used/Refurbed computers in Alpharetta (anyone remember this place?)

Putting in a SSD is just like putting in a HDD (same purpose just different technology). You will see a difference. I have a SSD as a cache drive for my Windows 7 OS. Night and day. I can even tell a big difference between it and my Linux OS on the same machine. As for the video card. Mid range nVidia card with 1 gig DDR5 memory will go a long ways. A good shopper can get the SSD and the video card, for 300 - 400, with the video card being the most expensive. And having some one else putting it in, your looking at 400 - 500. So the cost isn't bad, and you will think your getting a -

It all depends on what your looking at. The i5 might be faster than your current i7, but since there are different levels in each family, with out knowing exactly which models your looking at, its hard to say. Rule of thumb is, for video/image manipulation you want the most cores you can get, the highest speed processor, and the most memory. So I would go with a current i7 (3rd gen), 16gb of memory, and a SSD. Also a good GPU (video card) goes a long way. Some programs used for video/images offload processing power onto the GPU. If your machine is still in good working order, you might b -
I refuse to go into the wife's purse. If I need something in it, I bring her the whole purse. If she asks me to get her wallet, yep, I bring the whole purse. I was raised this way. A woman's purse is hands off for a guy. Now I have no problem wearing it around the store while we're out shopping.

We must work for the same company. Don't think a Union is the answer though. Might help in the beginning, but at what cost? Won't stop them from shifting work outside the US. Will probably end up rewarding the hapless management even more. Reward the stupid to keep their bonus, and all that crap.

I just picked up a Google Nexus 7 for Staples for 200 for a 16G. With an Android tablet you can get a free program called Kid Mode. Basically locks it down to only those programs you allow them to get to. Works great for our 4yo. There are a few other cheaper tablets running Android out there. If your up for a small drive, check out Micro Center, they have a few of brand tablets, some under 100. I agree with everyone else, don't get the "toy" tablets. Too high of price, no real long term use, and usually are made like other toys, which are on the cheap side.

Had a woman corner me a few weeks back. White car, Florida plates. Said she was an exchange student working with teachers. Trying to sell a stupid book that is worthless when you have internet access. Was trying to take oldest to choir practice in Roswell, so was not looking out too much for neighbors or I would have given her an ear full and explained what "No Soliciting" means.

Basically all they are doing is reserving you a spot in line. You do not have to stand in line though. The computer estimates the time it would take for you to stand in line from the moment that you "queue up" with the device. So if there are 100 people in line at the moment you queue up and it takes an average of 10 minutes per 10 people to go through the line, the computer says that you can ride the ride in 100. So it adds 100 minutes to the current time, sets a reminder and tells you to come back at XX:XX time and you can ride. I'm sure since they have different levels of the device,

Another vote for Dr Huffmann. Moved to him from Dr Woods when insurance changed. Dr Woods is a good doc too.

Cucumber salad 2 Cucumbers cut in bite size pieces 1 red onion sliced in bite sized pieces 2 tomatoes chopped or several cherry/grape tomatoes cut in half 1 cup water 1 cup sugar 1 cup vinegar mix water, sugar and vinegar in a pan or microwave safe dish. heat mixture until sugar is dissolved. pour into bowl with vegetables. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, 8+ really helps. Modifications: use 1/2 white vinegar and 1/2 red wine for a sweeter flavor. Add ground pepper to liquid to add a spice bite.

Gotta ask, is this motorcycle gear or bicycle gear? Since we have a good majority of both types in Paulding. And do you happen to have a better location (or name) then what you have provided?

Need help solving a husband riddle

Ironing is not laundry. Its ironing. Folding and putting away is also not laundry. "Doing laundry" is putting clothes in the washer and moving them to the drier. Its the same logic as cleaning, it's not the same as doing the dishes. You can clean the kitchen, but not do the dishes, you can do the dishes and not clean the kitchen. Man logic at its best. Since I work from home also, I do the laundry, I fold it and put it away too. I also cook, clean the house and watch the youngest during the day. So its not as rare as some might think.
